Our educational programs transitioned online in March 2020 due to the ongoing covid-19 emergency orders in Los Angeles and LA County. We are continuing online through Fall 2020, and imagine that a safe transition to in-person learning will be possible during the coming school year.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah program during Covid-19
A Bar/Bat Mitzvah ceremony is a major milestone in our Torah School students' Jewish learning. Our families are working with school and spiritual leadership to make these moments meaningful even as the temple building remains closed for the time being.
Adult education programming (for all levels of Jewish experience and upbringing)
At TBI, Jewish education doesn't end at a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Our graduates participate in Temple life, and we offer programs and classes for adult members to continue their journeys and build a meaningful Jewish practice.
Join our preschool exploratory committee
We're a community of family and friends at TBI, and we're constantly seeking to make sure we're providing the programming that our members and their families need. Due to a growing presence of young Jewish families in the Northeast LA neighborhoods we serve and within our member community, there is a committee actively investigating how best to set up a program for pre-school aged children.
