to sell my/our Chumetz, as defined by Torah and Rabbinic Law, on my / our behalf, in accordance with the halachach for the practice of sale of Chumetz prior to Passover. I / we appoint Rabbi Jason Rosner as agent for this sale. I / we the undersigned agree that all Chumetz, whole or in part, to the microscopic level, to be found in our residence (s) / place of business / property / vehicle (s) will be sold and unavailable to me / us for use, consumption or benefit. This sale includes admixtures including Chumetz, beverages containing Chumetz, crumbs or Chumetz that may be left in pans etc. Liquor containing Chumetz will be sold according to the ruling of Rabbi Yoel Sirkis (the Bayit Chadash / Bach). I / we understand that the sale of Chumetz will commence at 11:30 am PST on April 15th, 2022. Chumetz will be re-purchased at Mimouna, April 23rd at 8:11pm PST.

I / we understand that I /we may not own, eat, or derive benefit from Chumetz during the Passover Festival.

Kitniyot will not be included in this sale as it is permitted to own it, benefit from it, and feed it to animals during the holiday even if one does not eat it oneself.

I / we acknowledge that this electronic signature has the force of an inked signature.

This form must be submitted by 9am on Friday April 15th! Forms submitted after that time will not be included in the sale.
We agree to the above terms of sale and agree that this form has the force of a signature.
