Throughout our website and on many of our documents, you may see the Hebrew abbreviation ל״הו
It stands for:
לַ"ה הָאָרֶץ וּמְלוֹאָהּ
L'Adonai Ha'aretz U'melo'ah - The Earth belongs to God, and everything on it. (Psalm 24:1)
We choose to include this abbreviation rather than B"H or BSD because of the environmental implications. As our Rabbi likes to say, "the Earth is a giant terrarium and it is up to us not to pollute our living space."
