Education Administrator, Leslie Klipstein
Leslie has been participating in TBI for many years and has worn many hats during the past decade. Her heart is in the Saturday morning minyan and her favorite way to participate is to give the drash. Delving deep into Torah and sharing what she finds gives Leslie a great sense of joy in the rich variety of our tradition. Leslie has served on the TBI Board of Directors as a general member, Treasurer, and on the Executive Board. She was deeply moved when chosen as TBI’s “Woman Who Makes a Difference” in 2011.
A professional educator and an educated professional. Leslie has two M. Ed. degrees: one in elementary education with a focus on reading acquisition, and one in secondary education with a focus on adolescent development. She also has an administrative credential from the State of California. Leslie has taught a wide span of grades, from 1st through 11th, and currently teach English and AVID at Arcadia High School where she is also an Instructional Coach.
