Our Family Friday services are a great introduction to our congregation and a continuing source of delight. These services, led by our Rabbinic Intern Susan Goldberg, are directed at young children and their families. However, everyone is welcome, and it's fun and inspiring for all.
The service is a mini version of the traditional order of service, using songs and prayers and an age-appropriate story from the week's Torah portion.
The prayerbook we use is the Siddur Kol Ha-Noar, The Voice of Children: A Siddur for Shabbat, by Rabbi Sandy eisenberg Sasso and Rabbi Jeffrey Schein.
Services start at 6:30 p.m.
